InfraGard’s mission is “to improve and extend information sharing between private industry and the government, particularly the FBI, when it comes to critical national infrastructures”. To that end, InfraGard is putting on its first annual conference August 9-11 in Washington DC.

The price has been kept very low, $695 for a 2.5 day conference and even lower for US Government employees. Some great keynotes are lined up including FBI Director Mueller, ex-cyber security czar Howard Schmidt, and Microsoft CTO Aucsmith.

The critical infrastructure track has some very new and exciting presentations on control system security. I’ve been posting highlights from some of the talks.
