IEC 57 WG 15
The US generally does not pay enough attention to the IEC efforts. I certainly plead guilty, but the main reason is it is hard or relatively expensive to get the documents. This does not mean there isn’t a lot of interesting work there.

IEC 65c WG13 Slogs Ahead
It takes attention to detail to keep the IEC Working Groups straight let alone get a standard issued. But I have to take my hat off to these Working Groups, they are doing the hard work of creating SCADA security standards.
